Though Arc 3.0 didn't overcharge the warlock supers quite as much as we would have liked, we created a build that would focus on harmonizing with an extremely fun exotic weapon...
Ghoul's Harmony focuses on enhancing the power of Trinity Ghoul with our exotic armor, Mantle of Battle Harmony. By keeping our Arc super energy full, we will increase the power of all Arc weapons with its perk, Absorption Cells. Most importantly, by using Trinity Ghoul with its catalyst, we will be able to activate Lightning Rod on any Arc damage final blow. This means that we will be able to maintain Lightning Rod almost indefinitely as long as our Arc Soul is up, making this combination extremely potent for groups of enemies.
Additionally, our Arc weapon final blows will generate Orbs of Power which will help us reach our full super energy quicker. We have also added Elemental Ordnance, Elemental Armaments, Melee Wellmaker, and Bountiful Wells to create an unending supply of Arc wells. The elemental wells will trigger Font of Might so we will have 10 seconds of increased Arc weapon damage and because we are creating so many wells, we will constantly have that up.
I tested Elemental Well Dilation as well, however, the 3 second addition per Font of Might slotted did not seem worth it as we would instead benefit from generating more wells to improve our ability regen.
Font of Might will enhance our Arc weapon damage on top of the 20% weapon damage buff Absorption Cells which procs whenever we get an Arc kill while our Super is full. This will last for 5 seconds and will add an additional 2 seconds with each Arc kill without swapping our weapon. Trinity Ghoul is the perfect weapon to pair with Mantle of Battle Harmony thanks to the amount of Arc damage it will be causing, and it gets even better when adding the ability to jolt more targets with our fragments.
This build is extremely fun in large groups of rank-and-file enemies, as one Lightning Rod shot from Trinity Ghoul will wipe out swaths at a time. Add in our jolting Arc grenades and the ability to generate Ionic Traces from Arc weapons and jolted targets and we will never run out of our abilities.
Thanks for reading our Warlock Arc 3.0 PvE Build - Ghoul's Harmony. We have a lot of fun testing and messing around with different weapons and exotics.
