Electrify your enemies with the Season of Plunder's new Arc 3.0 abilities!
Once again, we have been introduced to a new subclass 3.0 and once again, we must go over the new keywords to have a better understanding of what we can do with each of our abilities and weapons. However, this time there are less than what Void and Solar brought to the table.
Buff Keywords:
Amplified: Your movement speed and weapon handling are greatly increased. After sprinting for a short time, your movement speed is further increased. Rapidly defeating targets with Arc damage makes you amplified.
Debuff Keywords:
Blind: Combatants are disoriented and cannot fire their weapons. Opposing player's HUD is removed and their vision is obscured.
Jolted: The target is charged with destructive Arc Light. As they take additional damage while jolted, they chain lightning to nearby targets.
Additional Keyword:
Ionic Trace: A bolt of pure Arc energy that travels along the ground, seek toward its creator. When picked up, Ionic Traces grant ability energy.
Electric Feels
Subclass: Stormcaller - Stormtrance
Class Ability: Healing Rift
Movement Ability: Burst glide
Melee: Ball Lightning
Grenade: Flashbang grenade (quickest cooldown)
Aspects: Electrostatic Mind and Lightning Surge
Fragments: Spark of Resistance, Spark of Beacons, Spark of Discharge, and Spark of Amplitude
Exotic Armor: Getaway Artist
Ideal Stats: 10 Resilience, 10 Recovery
Exotic Weapon Choices: No specific exotic is required for this build
Legendary Weapon Choices: We have been having a lot of fun utilizing Salvager's Salvo special grenade launcher as it has Demolitionist and Chain Reaction as perk choices and synergizes with Spark of Beacons to create multiple blinding explosions while amplified
Mods: Harmonic Siphon x2, Focusing Strike x2, Innervation and Recuperation (not integral part but nice to have additional grenade and health regen), Elemental Ordnance, Elemental Armaments, Seeking Wells, Bountiful Wells, and Explosive Wellmaker

Ionic Charger
Subclass: Stormcaller - Chaos Reach
Class Ability: Healing Rift
Movement Ability: Burst glide
Melee: Ball Lightning
Grenade: Storm grenade or Pulse grenade
Aspects: Electrostatic Mind and Arc Soul
Fragments: Spark of Resistance, Spark of Magnitude, Spark of Shock, and Spark of Beacons
Exotic Armor: Fallen Sunstar
Ideal Stats: 10 Resilience, 10 Recovery
Exotic Weapon Choices: Delicate Tomb or Cold, Coldheart
Legendary Weapon Choices: No specific Legendary choices this time though Chain Reaction swords like Half-Truths and Hero of Ages are always a ton of fun as well as a Voltshot Sailspy Pitchglass though our grenades and Delicate Tomb will Jolt enough targets
Mods: Harmonic Siphon x2, Focusing Strike, Momentum Transfer, Amped Up, Elemental Ordnance, Seeking Wells, Bountiful Wells, Explosive Wellmaker, and Font of Might

Ghoul's Harmony
We wanted to add in a fun build using some exotics that would capitalize on the Warlock Arc supers not being the strongest and we have to say, we found some beautiful harmony... Bad joke, but fun build. If you haven't tried Trinity Ghoul in a while, it is still a blast to play.
Subclass: Stormcaller - Chaos Reach
Class Ability: Healing Rift
Movement Ability: Burst glide
Melee: Chain Lightning
Grenade: Storm Grenade
Aspects: Electrostatic Mind and Arc Soul
Fragments: Spark of Resistance, Spark of Shock, Spark of Feedback, and Spark of Magnitude
Exotic Armor: Mantle of Battle Harmony
Ideal Stats: 10 Resilience then Recovery
Exotic Weapon Choices: Trinity Ghoul
Legendary Weapon Choices: Any Arc damage Power weapon with Voltshot
Mods: Amped Up, Trace Evidence, Elemental Ordnance, Elemental Armaments, Melee Wellmaker, and Font of Might

Surge
Our final build in this guide is solely focused on the new Lightning Surge melee ability that was added with the Season of Plunder and Arc 3.0. The ability feels fresh and is potent in solo and multiplayer content.
Subclass: Stormcaller - Stormtrance or Chaos Reach (we spend most time using Lightning Surge anyway)
Class Ability: Healing Rift
Movement Ability: Burst glide
Melee: Chain Lightning
Grenade: Flashbang Grenade
Aspects: Electrostatic Mind (or Arc Soul) and Lightning Surge
Fragments: Spark of Resistance, Spark of Ions, Spark of Feedback and Spark of Recharge
Exotic Armor: Claws of Ahamkara
Ideal Stats: 10 Strength then Resilience
Exotic Weapon Choices: Monte Carlo
Legendary Weapon Choices: Voltshot Brigand's Law if anything otherwise unimportant
Mods: Amped Up, Melee Wellmaker x3, Bountiful Wells, Focusing Strikes, Well of Ions or Striking for additional weapon damage or more ability regen
